Can I purchase from your shop?

• Yes we are open to walk-ins now!

Do you offer delivery to New Zealand?

• Yes all Chocolate bars.
• All cake orders are to be collected.
• We currently are not able to ship outside of NZ.

When and where can I pick up my order?

• Tuesday - Friday 9am - 3pm
• Saturday 9am - 2pm
• Location - 11 Hinoki Way Flatbush (Corner House enterance on Heavenly way)

How long does it take if I order today?

• All chocolate orders have a minimum of 8 days to produce fresh goodies.
• All cake orders will need to confirmed by Niki.
• Please add notes via cart before check out

I can't find my tracking number?

• Once the courier driver has collected your order you will be assigned one.
• Please allow 2 days for all shipping orders to be updated.

I didn't receive any email updates?

• Please ensure you enter your email address and phone number when ordering.
• Create a customer account via our website to view order updates.
