  1. Order Errors: In the event that we make an error with your order, such as delivering the wrong item or missing items, please notify us immediately. We will rectify the mistake and provide you with a refund, replacement, or store credit.

  2. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as custom cakes or personalized baked goods, may not be eligible for refunds due to their unique nature. We will communicate any such exceptions at the time of purchase.

  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
